All-Clean Sweeping is a 100% hands on owner operated and managed small business.

All-Clean Sweeping was founded in 1982 and has been under the same ownership and management since 2003. We are San Diego’s premiere sweeping and commercial maintenance contractor, specializing in and Street Sweeping, Construction Sweeping, Business Park and Shopping Center Parking Lot Sweeping, Parking Garage Sweeping, Home Owner Association and Residential Community Sweeping.

We operate 24 hours a day - 7 days per week. We dispatch from both El Cajon and Vista.

Emergency crews are always on call and there are few occasions that workers are not available for immediate response. Our operation is a team effort. We employ a full time General Manager, Dispatch Manager and Office Manager. Our office hours are 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday. However, after hours phone numbers of our key personnel are provided for emergency situations.

All-Clean Sweeping operates a fleet of Sweeping Trucks and Steam Cleaning Trucks. Two full time mechanics maintain the equipment in optimum operating condition. Downtime is non-existent. Should we experience a sweeping truck or steam truck failure; a replacement unit will be immediately delivered to the jobsite.

All-Clean Sweeping operates state of the art equipment. We have Regenerative Vacuum and Mechanical Broom Trucks for every size job requirement including sweeping Construction Sites, Parking Lots, Streets, HOA’s and Parking Garages.

Power Washing / Steam Cleaning is performed with 3500+ psi pressure and 180 degree hot water for optimum power washing. All chemicals used are biodegradable and environmentally friendly. Our trucks are equipped with a water reclamation system that collects the excess dirty water, which we then return to our facility and where it is separated and recycled. We are extremely diligent in our compliance efforts with all city and county regulations.
